Howdy All!
I am getting caught up on posting photos of my 2013 Scrapbook Club pages. Today I have August and September. I love how these pages came out and the Designer Series Papers in the new catalog are beautiful!
For my August layout I used the I Am Me dsp which was the inspiration for my pages. I love all the cameras on the one sheet so I decided to create one using punches! Pretty darn cute, huh?
The 'faux' washi tape is just a strip of dsp torn in pieces to look like tape. I also added some polaroid frames using the Square Framelits.
For my September pages I used some of the Epic Day This and That dsp.
I also used some of my new favorite stamp sets - Gorgeous Grunge and Off The Grid.
My inspiration for this layout came from here.
Well, that's all for now!
Thanks a bunch for stoppin' by!
See you again soon.
Hugs,
Sandy

2013 Scrapbook Club - June & July Pages
Howdy All!
Not a ton of chatter today. I've got pics of my June and July 2013 Scrapbook Club pages. Just a reminder that all products used for my pages are from Stampin' Up!
Inspiration for this layout came from here.
Inspiration for my July layout came from here.
The larger Night of Navy star cutout is actually a punch on MDS. I transferred the file into my Silhouette Cameo, resized it and then had the machine cut them out! Very cool! I will be playing around some more with this for sure!
Well, That's all for now.

See you again, soon.

May 2013 Scrapbook Club Pages
Howdy All!
Today I have my May 2013 Scrapbook Club pages along with my Bonus Card.
These pages were created using the Secret Garden stamp set and matching framelits.
I pulled the colors from the Floral District DSP that now is retired.
I love using stamp sets that have the matching Framelits, it really makes things so much easier!
All products used are Stampin' Up! and were current in May.
Well, That's it for now. Thanks a bunch for stoppin' by.

My Swaps For Convention Take Two (2 months later!)
Howdy All!
So, it's been 2 months, ha! That's kind of funny! But, I am back with some more photos of my swaps for this years Stampin' Up! Convention back in July.
These little cuties were the first of my two 3-D swaps. Aren't they adorable? They have yummy mint patties tucked between the layers. I didn't get a good photo of the side view.
These went together pretty fast. I punched all the whisper white 1-3/8" circles out first and then did all my stamping on them using the Snow Day stamp set from the Holiday catalog. The sentiment is from the Petite Pairs stamp set. These were placed in pretzel bags that I got from Michaels. They were finished off with some current matching ribbons!
My second 3-D swaps were these darling Chiclets holders. I saw something similar on Pinterest but I wanted to be able to maximize my card stock, so I reconfigured the dimensions. You need a piece of cardstock measuring 2-1/8" x 11'' scored at 3-3/4", 4-1/8", 7-7/8" and 8-1/4". I used the Large Oval punch to create my hole to slip the Chiclets into. I used the Afternoon Picnic DSP, which I love, and a bunch of punches/thinlits to decorate the fronts. Topped them off with some gorgeous Crushed Curry Chevron ribbon!
They were both huge hits at Convention!
As always, I have tons of projects that I have been working on and someday I will get caught up with posting photos!

My Swaps For Convention Take One
Howdy All!
I thought that I would show you some of my swaps that I made for Stampin' Up!'s 25th Anniversary Convention that I attended last week.
This first swap card that I created uses the lovely Gingham Garden Designer Washi Tape and Tape It stamp set. It is super easy to create and would be a great Make and Take or Workshop card as nothing has to be perfectly straight!
Here is my supply list:
My second swap is the same as my first one only I used the Epic Day This and That Designer Washi Tape. It works great as a masculine card, don't you think?
Here is my supply list:
I also decided to use this card I created a couple weeks ago as one of my swap choices because it was fairly easy to recreate and I just can't get enough of that adorable baby pachyderm from the Zoo Babies stamp set!! Here is my supply list again for this card:

Mojo Monday Sketch #299 on Monday!
Howdy All!
I know this does not happen very often, but I actually finished a Mojo Monday card on Monday! Woot-Woot! for me! Here is the sketch: Mojo Monday #299
And here is my card:
I know the Sketch Challenge says Round or Square...so I made mine a stretched square (otherwise known as a rectangle) because it just wasn't looking right with the image I used. Here is my supply list - all products used are current Stampin' Up!:
STAMPS: Birthday Cake (single stamp set), Positively Chevron (background stamp)
PAPER: Night of Navy, Basic Gray, Smokey Slate, Very Vanilla, Soho Subway designer series paper
INK: Basic Gray, Markers (Basic Gray, Summer Starfruit, Night Navy)
THE REST: Simply Pressed Clay, Buttons Mold, Summer Starfruit reinker, Night of Navy 1/4" Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon, 2-1/2" Circle punch, Chevron embossing folder
I used the New Simply Pressed Clay and Button mold. It worked great! I used my markers to color my Birthday Cake stamp. I am pleased with my end result! This card is going to my dad for his birthday next week!

Murder in Sin City - Sweet 16 Party Treat Table
Howdy All!
I spent this last week helping my girlfriend, Michelle, with a treat table that she had been asked to create. A friend of hers has a daughter who is turning 16 and wanted to have a Murder in Sin City Party. Now, I have never heard of such a thing, but apparently they are quite popular and basically we created a Casino themed table. Michelle is quite talented when it comes to baking and treat making, so she asked me to help with the papercrafting part of the table. I had lots of fun with it and here are some pics to show you what we came up with!
We are very pleased with how it turned out! Michelle was worried about her dice cake pops, but I think they turned out great! And I love how my banner came out!
We did the set up yesterday afternoon and Savannah was super pleased with everything! Yay for us!
Thanks for stoppin' by!

2013 Scrapbook Club Pages - March and April
Howdy All!
I made it back today and I have 2 more Scrapbook Club Page layouts!
Here is my March 2-page layout with bonus card:
The March card was a card that I first saw in St. George at an event held by Jill Olsen. I just loved it and had to share it with my Club ladies!
And here is my April 2-page layout with bonus card:
My April pages were based on a sketch I saw on Pinterest. Here is a link to the designer's Blog.
Again, these pages and cards were created using only Stampin' Up! products that were current at the time.

2013 Scrapbook Club Pages - January and February
Howdy All!
It's been a few months since I've posted...blah, blah, blah...same old story! Lol! I want to at least show you all the scrapbook pages that I have done with my monthly Scrapbook Club. I know I didn't finish posting all of last years, but I do plan to. I will keep these short and sweet. Here is my January layout:
I created these pages using Stampin' Up! products that were current at the time. This year I am only doing one 2-page layout a month and a bonus card for the ladies who attend. Here is January's bonus card:
and here is February's bonus card: I like to keep everything fairly simply, as my Club ladies have expressed that they love to come and relax from their hectic lives, but still want to go home with some nice projects that they can be proud of. So far they have been very happy! I will be back soon (hopefully tomorrow) with more pages and cards!
Thanks a bunch for stoppin' by!
See you again real soon!
Hugs,
Sandy
